Carnival will present the first cruise from New York to Cuba

The new pressure politics against Cuba, implemented last week by the President of the United States Donald Trump doesn´t discourages Carnival Cruise Line.

Actually, the company announced its first cruise lines from New York and Norfolk, Virgina, to the caribbean island.

The new Carnival Radiance

Cuba, explains the website Travel trade Caribbean, will be the destination for the inaugural trip of the new Carnival Radiance.

The unit, whose 200 million dollar restyling will be completed in 2020, will also sail for European cruises from 9 to 13 days, for trips to the Caribbean from four to nine days, for itineraries in Canada from New York and, during the season in winter, it will cruise to the Caribbean, sailing from Port Canaveral, Florida.

As for Cuba, for the Carnival Radiance there are nine-day cruises from New York, which include a full day and an overnight stay in Havana and two stopovers in the Bahamas.

The itineraries

In November 2020 the Carnival Radiance will be positioned in Port Canaveral and will operate a winter program of trips from six to eight days to the Caribbean and Cuba.

It will move to Norfolk, where it will spend time during the months of October and November 2020 carrying out the first cruises to Cuba from that port, as well as a couple of other trips to the Bahamas and other destinations.
